I found an awesome spot and I instantly pulled out my camera. We are driving down a busy street in Oakland and right on the sidewalk we see this great spot. I run out with my camera and immediately I hear a raspy voice saying "NO,NO,NO!!!". I was so confused as to what this was but I peer up and a Vietnamese man smoking a long cigarette (obviously 100's) yelled as a cloud of smoke billowed after every sentence. I took my picture and left. The man didn't see one skateboard...How did he know?
