Well It may not look like much at first glance, but these stair are great for getting the blood flowing through your knees. I go to school next door at West Valley Community College and this place has a black sea (large) of a parking lot. The asphalt is vast and pleasantly smooth so working on flat ground is great. The stairs have a long run up and landing is smooth. You can do lines. Trick off the stairs and another off the curb. The rails can be (and have been) skated. It might be possible to skate the ledge but I have never waxed it since it is double sided and rough brick. Possibilities though!
